I have to say that this set, for me anyway, blew away the one in New Hampshire. I was a little leary for so many reasons going into the set. I had been listening to the new album for a few weeks, and had been disappointed in comparison to Full Collapse (which I rank as one of my favorite albums). So I wasn't quite sure what the show would be like, whether they would only be playing new stuff, which I wasn't too excited to hear.

They openned up with For The Workforce, Drowing which made me think that I was absolutely correct in my previous assessment. Yet, right after that they broke into some of the older stuff, which was great. Throughout the entire set, it seemed that everytime that I thought, "hmmm... I wish they would play Standing On The Edge of Summer" it would end up being the next song they played. Oh it was great. I was a little scared at a moment when Geoff tried to stand/jump on the kick drum, and bailed rather hard. It took him about a minute to get up, if that would have been the end of the set I would have been devastated, but it wasn't so... yay.

The highlights of the set would have to have been the end of How Long Is The Night, I can honestly say that I have never heard so much emotion in someone's voice in a long time. That lasted until pretty well the end of the set when Geoff decided to put down the mic and keep singing. I was amazed that his voice managed to fill the entire room, mind blowing. As soon as that moment was over the room filled with easily 1000 people, erupted in cheers, and they were well deserved cheers.

It was an absolutely spectacular show, the way that all shows should be. A band playing an amazing set, of pretty well exactly what the sold out room wanted to hear. The only thing I was unsure about was when they said, that just because they have a new album out they would not forget songs off of the old albums. Yet, they didn't play a single song off of Waiting? Hmmm, still I would rank this right up there as one and if not the best set I have ever seen.
