Ever since I missed them in May in Montreal I'd been disappointed, I couldn't wait to see Shai Hulud. The show in Ottawa didn't sell out, they haven't been here in 6 years, think they'll come back? I doubt it, but maybe, oh well Montreal isn't that far. Either way I along with the other 200 or so people that were in attendance were stoked on seeing Shai Hulud, despite time constraints they played a really hard set complete with old tracks and new tracks, and finished the night off with a NOFX cover song. The pit was definetly happening, the band played amazing, all though the guitarists and bass weren't that "crazy" they played really damn well, and the vocalist more than made up for it. I had an awesome time and I can't wait to see them again.
